FIRST STEPS TOWARDS THE WAVE

Hello everyone!

Cy/Next Wave

I have just started getting into bloging and Fund raising towards the Next Wave, where I have done my DTS and I figured to share where I am at and where I am going!

In 16 of August 2011, the Next Wave picked me up from Ibiza (Balearic Islands, Spain) to sail to Cascais, Portugal to start a Bluewaters DTS in YWAM. Six months of what I Define as an awakening and a Polishing from within out! my family can say that I am not the same person since I left!

the crew and staff (volunteers) that rely on their church, sponsors funds back home, have invested Soul and Mind, patience, tolerance and time investing in me! for me to see, hear and understand my self and others, to see God´s love and His purpose in my life!

So I did, I have discovered that I have a heart for the Muslim, (my outreach) and believe in possible future work for North Africa. But God has revealed parts in me where He wishes to reinforce, prepare, tranform before even going to Africa, and of course that confirms again His will for me now to return to the Ship and serve as Crew/Staff on board.
To raise up, train, disciple, and release the next ‘wave’ of missionaries
 God is Awesome! He truly fulfils the desires of you're heart along your Calling! I have grown around the Sea and on boats in Ibiza and I love it!

How?

I am determined to step in by faith and do what it takes, to the best of my knowledge and what God reveals, because I know He wants me back on the ship, but also to stretch the tent pegs of my heart, in this "uprising" (this cause) with the church and people, so I am searching for partners in prayer support and sponsorship.

I now learnt and do believe in mutual support in prayer and to give what we freely receive, releasing God´s provision.

What are the needs?

I am committing for long term (two year) with YWAM on the Next Wave and they recommend me to raise:

-Minimum a month 300€ for food, insurance and bunk.

-120-280€ for miscellaneous, personal costs, tithing´s and to bless others!

Total minimum necessary: 440€ (aprox.)

The leadership team onboard recommended me to raise for 580€/month if possible.

Other important needs like a laptop to have an office to keep in contact with Supporters and moral support from family and friends. I dream big and I'm very creative in all I do and I am hoping to get a  Macbook pro 13" for its famous durability and reliability, that comes handy as I will be changing location often and it powerful system and creative programs that i can make things happen!

This is what I know so far, other are minimal but necessary.
